Last Minute Gifts That Don't Suck AND Won't Break the Bank!

Christmas is going to be here in less than a week, and if your life is anything like mine, this holiday season in particular has been NUTS! And in the midst of the insanity, there are still a few people you haven't gotten Christmas presents for. You want it to seem like a well thought out gift, like you bought it months ago, but you have NO clue what to get. Fear not, I have a few gifts up my sleeve that aren't on most gift lists but are sure to make your loved ones feel appreciated and you look like you have your act together!

If you want to spend $5ish...

GET THEM....AN ADULT COLORING BOOK! We are busy people, but there is more and more of an emphasis on learning practical ways to take better care of ourselves. Enter, adult coloring books. So many of my friends (and my grandma!) LOVE adult coloring books as it helps them unwind and channel their inner kindergartener! There are some really pretty ones out there took like this one and this one. And if you want to pay a few extra bucks for a really funny adult coloring book, I recommend this one or even this one. I might be getting one of the last two for my grandma this year...

If you want to spend $10ish...

GET THEM... SOMETHING SENTIMENTAL! In a social media driven society, we hardly ever print out physical photos any longer. So how special will your loved ones feel when you pick out a favorite photo of the two of you and present it in a beautiful frame. It's such a sentimental gift than anyone will appreciate. My best friend gave me a beautiful framed photo years ago and it is still one of my most favorite gifts I have ever received. And it can be such a cheap gift! Check out this gorgeous geometric frame that looks just as amazing hung up as it does sitting on a desk! It costs pennies to print out your photos at a drug store and you can even pick up some really pretty frames at nearly any super store. It's definitely a winner of a gift for anyone on your shopping list!

If you want to spend $20ish....

GET THEM A BOOK... Like, The Road Back to You: An Enneagram Journey to Self-Discovery I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to understand themselves better and understand the people around them better.  This book is all about understanding and implementing the Ennegram, an ancient personality typing system that helps you understand who you are, what makes you tick, and why. This book is great if you have never heard of or are new to Enneagram! This is a great gift for a sibling or best friend...or anyone, really! Plus, if the person you are buying from isn't into lugging around books, you can purchase it as an audio book or as an E-book! No shipping required so this is GREAT if you don't want to risk it arriving too late!

If you want to spend $50ish...

GET THEM SOMETHING TO HELP THEM RELAX.....LIKE Essential oils and a diffuserEssential oils are allllllll the rage right now, but it’s something that has improved my life for years. The benefits are endless, but my favorite component is aromatherapy. There is something so incredible about connecting our sense of smell with our emotions and everything that swirls around in our brains. No matter how I am feeling, aromatherapy only enhances my mood! My favorite site to order from is Eden’s Garden, a Christian owned and operated business that provides TONS of resources, along with their high quality, yet not overpriced products. If essential oils are totally out of your scope of knowledge, this set is great for beginners and seasoned essential oil lovers alike! And my favorite diffusers have timers and great mood enhancing lights like this one! This is a great gift for the hard working businessman or businesswoman who would benefit from a little relaxation at the office! Or a mom with kids, because, obviously. Or just a friend who you love. Everyoneeeee could afford to relax a little more! And if you are purchasing some oils too late to ship in time, Eden's Garden has gift cards!

I hope this helps you fill in any of the last minute gaps in your shopping list. And even if you have everything for everyone, don't forget to treat yourself a little bit in this busy season! Merry Christmas to you and yours!
